I booked the Superior King Room Owl's Burrow for my trip. It was super clean! The staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is awesome. Everything is close.

The room had a bad wifi signal, and it was so annoying. The car park regulation was bad. It caused a delay on check-out day and made me late for a meeting. The hotel did not communicate the Wi-Fi issues before my stay, like, come on!

I booked the Woodpecker's Roost room, and it met all my needs. The room had a large double bed and a well-equipped wet room. Staff were helpful, and they quickly attended to my needs. I found the location advantageous. Many dining options are nearby.

There was a slight delay during check-in, as another guest needed assistance.
