adequate stay with some issues

small room limited elevator

the room was quite small (i struggled to move around). i found the lack of elevator problematic. carrying luggage to the upper floors was difficult. the window in my room only opened slightly, impacting air circulation.

i really enjoyed the coffee machine. it was available 24/7 and provided fresh water. the location was also perfect. it was close to the metro station.

my room on the ground floor got quite noisy. it was a small room and the bed had a wooden base. i bruised my leg pretty badly on it

modern hotel free coffee attentive staff

The hotel was modern and located in a good area, very quiet. i found a free coffee machine, a nice touch, i always looked forward to. the staff assisted me every time i needed help. They were always available, a great plus.

the absence of an elevator was a drawback because i needed to carry my luggage up several flights of stairs.

I found a complimentary coffee machine in the reception area. It provided good coffee all day long. this was a convenient amenity, especially when i wanted a quick caffeine boost before heading out for the day.

The staff members were very friendly and always willing to help with any questions or requests i had. I appreciated this personal touch. they offered valuable assistance.
