The location was amazing. The staff were courteous and helpful. I especially appreciated that the hotel provided beach chairs . I used valet parking right outside the hotel.
The daily breakfast was a disappointment. It lacked imagination. The elevator service was terrible. The main elevator was broken for the majority of my stay.

the location is excellent, right across from the beach. the front desk staff was very helpful (especially lily).
my room was next to the kitchen, so there was kitchen noise, competing with the restaurant music. my window faced a wall and steps to the pool, so i could not see the sky.

the hotel has a cuban restaurant with a terrace. the restaurant offers valet parking for an extra charge and it is very convenient. it also has a lively atmosphere.

the room had a coffee machine and complimentary bottled water. the room was clean and spacious. towels were provided . the bed was comfortable (i slept very well).

lily at the front desk was very attentive and helpful. kai supplied extra towels when requested. the reception staff was cute. luis was helpful and friendly at the breakfast restaurant.

charming stay!
modern room big shower
I had a great relaxing stay after a cruise. The room was modern and clean. the bathroom was amazing with a big shower. kai, harold and lily provided great service, being very helpful to me!
The bar next door played loud music until 2am every night. the room was damp. I could feel it in the sheets and towels. i was booked for 2 nights but only stayed for one because of these issues

The hotel is directly across from the beach. It is in a central location. i found the hotel's proximity to all the activities convenient. it is near many popular bars. The area remains surprisingly quiet!

The staff was friendly. lily and jonathan checked me in quickly. They assisted me with everything. they helped me find my reservation. It was misplaced at the time. the front desk staff provided helpful service. They were attentive and accommodating.

Breakfast was a short walk away. It was worth the walk for the exercise. it gave me a better appetite, too! the breakfast location is just a few blocks from the hotel. It is a great way to start the day.

Lovely Stay!

The location is unbeatable. I walked everywhere. The complimentary beach chairs and towels were a fantastic perk. I was able to explore the area using the hotel's free one-hour bike rental (a great way to see more of the surroundings). The staff stored my luggage securely upon early arrival.
The breakfast options were a bit limited.

The room included a king size bed and two TVs. I noticed the bathroom featured both a walk-in shower and a separate bathtub. The large window offered plenty of natural light.
