Papa's Restaurant, across Ocean Boulevard, provides a breakfast buffet from 6:00 am to 10:30 am daily (seasonal hours may vary). Strong Waters Craft Cocktails & Kitchen, also across the street at Ocean and 21st, features Lowcountry libations and casual fare. The Rusty Reel Oceanfront Bar & Grill, in the Palms Tower Lobby Level, serves lunch and dinner. Ben & Jerry's and Starbucks are located across the street.
