Dining at Nicolo Polo
Restaurant Nicolo Polo provides a dining experience with 6-8 tables served from 18:30-22:30. The restaurant features fresh oysters, an à la carte menu, slow food tasting menus, fish menus (Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays), and a domestic menu (Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays) featuring Peka with wine tasting on Sundays and Olive Oil tasting trips on Mondays. Lunch is available as a snack menu on sun chairs or a menu on tables near the beach. Breakfast is served from 7:30-10:30 in the garden with old Japanese Sago palm trees. The special of the day includes two dishes prepared by the chef on the restaurant terrace.

Guests can use the fitness gym. The hotel features an outdoor pool (8x3.5m) with hydro massage and waterfall massage, beach beds, pool beds, a rooftop terrace, a library, and a reading room.
