faulty lighting system no room service information

The staff were cute and helpful. The breakfast offered good quality and variety.

The room lighting system was frustrating. I struggled to switch lights on or off as needed. The motion-activated lights at night were also bothersome, interrupting sleep. The hotel did not provide information in the room about what the room service options were.

superb room facilities

steam room sun trap lovely staff

the steam room shower was lovely i found the patio with the room was a dream sun trap the staff were all lovely and proactive with reaching out about a jacket i left they offered to put it in a taxi to the airport for me

the hotel did not provide a do not disturb notice for the door cleaning was only carried out in the afternoon and early evening a couple of times we returned to the room to rest after a morning out only for the cleaner to walk in

minor issues detract from the experience

limited channels confusing lighting

the staff were cute and check-in was efficient.

i found several issues the tv had limited channels with no streaming services i also found the lighting system confusing to operate it unexpectedly activated at night disturbing sleep there were also no proper tea cups or milk provided even after i inquired about them at reception the room cleaning occurred at inconvenient times and there was no 'do not disturb' sign available

excellent amenities

separate sauna whirlpool tub excellent food

the room included a separate sauna, a whirlpool tub, and a steam shower. i found this particularly useful after long travel days. the chef prepared an excellent club sandwich via room service. the bed was very comfy!

the hotel has an inconvenient entrance through a gate for cars.

it provided relatively easy access to the metro. the hotel is in a demure and sophisticated neighborhood. bus v15 gets directly to most tourist spots, this made getting around easy.
