The staff was always helpful. i liked breakfast on the rooftop each morning. The views were AMAZING. breakfast included fruit and juice.

outdated room noisy location
the staff was friendly and helpful.
the room was small and outdated. the bathroom needed updating, and the shower didn't drain properly. i also found the location quite noisy at night.

bare room single-pane window
The staff greeted us with mint tea and pastries upon arrival near the sitting area. the ENTRANCE and sitting area are beautiful.
I stayed in the annex across the street. The room was not well decorated, almost bare. It was also LOUD. I had a room with a window onto the road, which remained noisy until late. The window was single pane.

super clean hotel special anniversary trip very nice rooftop views
The staff members, especially Abdul and Mohamed, were pretty good making sure our anniversary trip was special. The hotel is super clean and beautiful , a haven from the bustling city. Breakfast on the rooftop offered delicious food and very nice views , a fantastic way to start each day!

amazing terrace lovely food wonderful service
the riad boasts an amazing terrace. i observed lovely food at the restaurant. youssef provided wonderful service.. especially his super helpful assistance. the location allows quick access to nearby attractions.
the room had a very high slightly open window i couldn't reach. it was cold, considering the outside temperature.

sweet treats traditional hammam
The staff provided sweet welcome treats with tea. the spa offered a traditional hammam experience, leaving my skin feeling exfoliated and rejuvenated. It was AMAZING!!!
