BN Hotel Thermal & Wellness offers rooms, suites, and villas. The Deluxe Corner Room has one double bed and a balcony. The Duplex features a living room on the lower floor and one double bed on the upper floor with sky windows. The Duplex Family offers a living room, one double bed, and two single beds. The Superior Corner includes a balcony, one double bed, a walk-in closet, and an outdoor Jacuzzi on the terrace. Villas feature one double bed and five single beds, a living room, and an open kitchen.

Mediterranean and Turkish Cuisine

The main restaurant, Defne, serves Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine. IL FORNO serves Italian cuisine; specialties include wood-fired dishes. The hotel uses products from its citrus, olive, and fruit orchards, and vegetable gardens. A drinking cure, designed to aid digestion and kidney function, is available in the main building.

SPA and Aquapark

The hotel has an 11,500 m² SPA with 35 pools. Guests can access an aquapark, swimming facilities, fitness areas, yoga, tennis, basketball, volleyball, football, and hiking areas.
