There was no acknowledgement of my platinum status. I also did not receive the welcome gift. The room had a strong chlorine smell even though it was far from the pool. I found this quite bothersome.

I found the gym on site very useful. It had a good range of equipment. the pool was a good size and not too busy. the hotel's restaurant being on site was also a plus, providing an easy dining option.
