weak air conditioning poor soundproofing

The air conditioning seemed a bit of a joke. it barely made a dent in the room temperature even though i fiddled with it. also, i noticed some noise bleeding in from the hallway.

a good stay in a perfect location

lovely people excellent directions great shower plenty towels

the front desk always had two lovely people ready to help. they gave excellent directions and restaurant recommendations. i even received help with our suitcases. the shower was great and had plenty of towels.

the hotel had a few steps at the entrance, slightly difficult with large suitcases.

The staff was always supportive and helpful. They greeted us with smiles. any request we made was delivered promptly. we found the service perfect and thorough. it was such a romantic detail.

location good, but some issues

poor air conditioning unwashed plates

the location was convenient for getting around, i will say that much.

the air conditioning struggled and did not work well. also, the room was small and it felt more cramped than it should have. finally, i noticed some of the plates at breakfast were not properly washed. that bothered me
