Excellent Stay!

spacious room helpful reception

The room was spacious. It had enough room for my luggage and personal belongings. The reception was helpful with directions and recommendations. They made my arrival smooth and answered all my questions. I especially liked the easy access to transport links.

I found the internet connection to be occasionally unreliable. It made it difficult to maintain a stable online conference call. I hope they address this soon.

There is a very good restaurant next to the hotel and several coffee shops are nearby. I noticed that the area offers diverse culinary options. The proximity to dining venues greatly adds convenience.

excellent apartment stay

spacious apartment super clean cleanliness

The apartment was really spacious and spotlessly clean. i had easy access to public transport and nearby restaurants. laiza was lovely. She allowed us to store our luggage after checkout, super useful.

the apartment door had a large gap! it let in all echoing sounds from the stairway. one sound went on all night.

the staff provided great recommendations regarding places for visits and restaurants. they also gave me advice about the best ways to travel. the hotel is conveniently located next to a tram stop for travel to the city center.

the studio offered a small kitchen, fully equipped. staff members at the hotel were friendly and helpful. a bus station sits within walking distance.

the sound isolation was poor, so i heard noises from other rooms.

worn fixtures obstructed views

The location proved quite convenient. It put me close to where i needed to be.

i was underwhelmed with the room itself. the studio felt smaller than expected, and some fixtures seemed worn. the kitchenette lacked a couple of essential utensils, too it did affect meal prep. also, the promised city views were largely obstructed by another building, a real letdown.
