The staff were super friendly and helpful! they always smiled and greeted me. the location is awesome too! it is so close to everything. i loved that breakfast and dinner had a great variety of food. I found plenty of options.

I would say the gym needs a bit of an upgrade. Some equipment seemed a little worn.

i love this hotel! chef ana's excellent work really stood out to me , such a lovely touch. the staff are very kind and made my birthday celebration super special and lovely. we were upgraded to a suite and i got a bottle of cava and cakes as a treat!

the window had some dirt on it, so my sea view was a bit obstructed.

the staff is friendly and helpful and remember you from previous years. the hotel sent a gift of cava and cakes to the room to celebrate a birthday, it was very thoughtful. some staff provide water at lunch, this is very kind.

the hotel boasts amazing views right on the sea front and is located directly on the beach. it is near the beach promenade which is ideal for walks and bike rides. many rooms offer a wonderful view of the sea.

the rooftop surprise infinity pool is amazing and they play chilled music. each floor has a water dispenser providing free drinking water, so useful. the hotel offers spa services, including massage treatments, so relaxing.

mixed feelings after stay

chaotic situationdiscount issue

I found that the entertainment was lacking. it only happened on the 24th night after dinner. this created a chaotic situation with two singers in a small bar area, too small for all the guests. on the 25th, there was nothing no atmosphere or music played. the app for the 10 percent discount for registered members did not work. It is another issue that needs addressing.
