attentive staff orthopedic bed vegan options

I really appreciated the hotel staff. They are very attentive. my room had a lovely orthopedic bed with comfortable pillows. the hotel also provides filtered water on each floor. This shows care for the environment. i liked the variety of delicious food, especially the vegan options.

The car park reached full capacity quickly. this situation caused some inconvenience upon arrival. this would benefit from better management.

The location is amazing. I enjoyed the stylish carafe in the room and the filtered water in the corridors. The hotel showed care for the environment. The orthopedic beds and pillows provided great comfort.

I found that children were allowed in the gymnasium. I think that children shouldn't be allowed into a gymnasium. There should be a greater food selection in the bar for lunchtime.

the breakfast was perfect with plenty of choice. i was happy with the variety.

I find a late check-in very bad. Check in is not before 4 pm. the food does not correspond to a 4-star hotel, it should be of a higher quality. they could offer a bit more variety.

The staff were super friendly and helpful! they always smiled and greeted me. the location is awesome too! it is so close to everything. i loved that breakfast and dinner had a great variety of food. I found plenty of options.

I would say the gym needs a bit of an upgrade. Some equipment seemed a little worn.

i love this hotel! chef ana's excellent work really stood out to me , such a lovely touch. the staff are very kind and made my birthday celebration super special and lovely. we were upgraded to a suite and i got a bottle of cava and cakes as a treat!

the window had some dirt on it, so my sea view was a bit obstructed.

mixed feelings after stay

chaotic situation discount issue

I found that the entertainment was lacking. it only happened on the 24th night after dinner. this created a chaotic situation with two singers in a small bar area, too small for all the guests. on the 25th, there was nothing no atmosphere or music played. the app for the 10 percent discount for registered members did not work. It is another issue that needs addressing.
