i liked the available dining options. the app made reservations. the grounds included coconut trees. The gardens were maintained.

check-in was A hassle. there was not a lot of organization at the front desk. many people were there.

expansive grounds a la carte restaurants all-day drinks dirty floor musty smell faulty air conditioning

The grounds were expansive. Many activities kept the toddlers busy (it was really useful!). The a la carte restaurants offered great meals. Drinks and food were available all day and all night.

Our first room was not clean. I saw hair everywhere. The floor was dirty. The second room smelled of mildew and felt clammy even with the air conditioning turned on.

the service was amazing. yaniriz always came by with coffee right after we finished. the beach was very clean. you could get fresh coconut water too. it was a awesome place.
