The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. We stayed on the fifth floor and the shower had fantastic pressure. I liked how accessible everything was. Close to the train station, it made getting around easy.

Sometimes cigarette smoke came through the vents, this was slightly unpleasant.

The hotel's location near the train station was convenient, especially after arriving late. The blackout curtains worked very well, ensuring a dark room for sleep. I liked the good shower with strong water pressure. I appreciated the choice of pillows available.

The noise from the motorway was slightly noticeable from my room.

The hotel is located next to the train station, made transportation easy. The bus stop to Bom Jesus do Monte is directly in front of the hotel. Walking to the historic center took only about ten minutes.

A bar is available with a restaurant serving breakfast, I found this very handy. There is a social space and lemon water is available at reception.

The room was simple and very clean. The bed was comfortable, so I slept well. Soft sheets and an extra blanket were available in the wardrobe. The heat resistant curtains are AMAZING!!!
