grateful for my stay

helpful staff early check-in

the staff were helpful, and the breakfast included various gluten-free options. the hotel location was convenient, being close to a metro and tram station. i found the daily cleaning service with toiletries replacement very useful. the 24/7 reception allowed an early check-in, which i appreciated.

The sound from the next room could be heard easily. It was a little bit annoying. i installed the 'do not disturb' sticker, but cleaners came to my room three times.

moldy toilet broken sink

The bathroom needed better cleaning. There was mold in the toilet. the sink also had a broken piece. i found the lack of shelves in the bathroom inconvenient. soap was placed directly on the sink, causing it to slip.
