Cypress restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, Sun-Thur 11:30AM - 8:30PM & Fri-Sat 11:30AM - 9:00PM, featuring Mediterranean cuisine with Pacific Northwest ingredients. Continental breakfast is available for $15 per person, daily from 8AM - 10AM. Room service is available daily from 11:30AM - 8PM.
