separate room fluent english family room
The standard family room suited my family perfectly. it had a separate connected room for the kids, a great feature. the receptionist helped a lot with parking, even with some language issues. Their english were fluent.
i noticed some hair were not properly cleaned in the room.

The location proved accessible to the main shopping area. The electric kettle in the room was a lovely detail. The staff were also kind and helpful. The bed was very comfortable.

excellent location helpful staff local restaurants
The location was excellent, right near the train station, and it made getting around very simple. staff members were helpful. They quickly addressed a minor issue with the room. i appreciated the proximity to several local restaurants. I found some great dining options just steps from the front door.
The sound insulation wasn't great. I could hear street noise pretty clearly, particularly early in the morning.

Acceptable, but some issues need attention
poor soundproofing uncomfortable bed
The location provided easy access to local facilities.
Soundproofing was certainly lacking. I clearly heard various noises from both neighboring rooms and the corridor. Door slamming seemed particularly problematic. The bed felt quite uncomfortable. The pillow. A single long one for two people. Also struck me as odd.
