The room was spacious and had a great view. The air conditioning worked wonderfully.

I did encounter some issues with the food. It was like cafeteria food facilities with a buffet style. There was a ten-minute wait in the mornings for a coffee machine (just one coffee machine for everyone). Linens were also subpar.

i found the location lovely. views from the hotel were beautiful. the hotel was super clean and clean, a real joy. the staff were friendly and helpful, always there with a smile. i especially liked that the location suited us, away from crowds and nicely positioned within an olive tree orchard.

The older gentleman at reception seemed a bit cross when i asked about exchanging a bottle of champagne. This was good, but everyone else was wonderful.

the staff were amazing. monica and the team could not have been friendlier or more helpful, it really seemed like they went the extra mile. they were very accommodating (always making sure we had everything we needed).

breakfast was delicious, and special thanks to the kind lady at the omelette station who smiled warmly despite the morning rush. the quality of the food was of a high standard and the restaurant had wonderful views of the lake.
