Pleasant Stay Close to the Sea

the location proves really good for exploring the surrounding area. the staff members shows friendliness and are eager to assist. the room are clean and well-kept. i did like the quiet environment, as there are no disturbances .

the sink drain slow, and the toilet requires a double flush sometimes. i hope they addressed it for the next guest.

marina, the owner, is pleasant and runs the place well. check-in process are easy, and she ensured i have all the information i needed. it a seamless experience from start to finish.

i could easily reach the seafront from the hotel. regular trains and buses make travelling to nearby towns easy. i found it easy to visit arundel and explore the south downs.

a good stay near the sea

the location was fantastic, just a short walk from the seafront. my room, a standard king room, was well-equipped with everything i needed. the free tea, coffee, and biscuits were a nice touch (i really enjoyed the shortbread!). the contactless check-in and check-out process was smooth and convenient.

the tv remote did not work as well as expected. i could not change channels without pressing the button several times.

the owner was easy to contact by phone and very polite. i felt any issues would be quickly resolved (luckily i didn't have any serious ones!). the cleaning staff were friendly and efficient.

while there isn't a full restaurant, the tea and coffee facilities in the room were adequate. i found a nice cafe a few minutes walk away which served a great breakfast. snacks were also provided.
