lovely touches made it special

friendly host personal touch complimentary chocolates reserved parking

marina was friendly and very helpful. i liked the personal touch in my room, a lovely teddy bear sat on the bed. christmas chocolates and biscuits were topped up each day to enjoy with hot drinks. marina also reserved a parking space for me, which reduced parking stress.

the sink was blocked and the toilet didn't flush properly. i texted the owner afterwards, but she didn't bother to reply. i hope this gets fixed as it affected the experience a bit.

my double room was bright and colourful with modern décor. the bed and pillows were comfortable. keys to the room and front door gave freedom to come and go as i liked.

spacious room polite staff

My room was bright and spacious, which i liked. Cleaning staff were SO nice. I found it good for those with anxiety as there was no person facing check in and out.

The wifi was a little bit spotty in the evenings.

really good location friendly staff clean room quiet environment

the location proves really good for exploring the surrounding area. the staff members shows friendliness and are eager to assist. the room are clean and well kept. i did like the quiet environment, as there are no disturbances .

the sink drain slow, and the toilet requires a double flush sometimes. i hope they addressed it for the next guest.

i could easily reach the seafront from the hotel. regular trains and buses make travelling to nearby towns easy. i found it easy to visit arundel and explore the south downs.

The room included extra snacks with tea and coffee. The shower room was also lovely. Arundel Castle is nearby (a quick drive away), and fabulous!

a good stay near the sea

great location well-equipped room free biscuits smooth check-in

the location was fantastic, just a short walk from the seafront. my room, a standard king room, was well-equipped with everything i needed. the free tea, coffee, and biscuits were a nice touch (i really enjoyed the shortbread!). the contactless check-in and check-out process was smooth and convenient.

the tv remote did not work as well as expected. i could not change channels without pressing the button several times.

the owner was easy to contact by phone and very polite. i felt any issues would be quickly resolved (luckily i didn't have any serious ones!). the cleaning staff were friendly and efficient.
