'Standard' rooms (18 sqm) include 140x200cm beds in sound-proof single rooms, a work desk, and internet access. Suites (30 sqm) provide distinct living spaces with a desk, telephone, and sofa bed. Allergy-friendly rooms remove carpets and use special bedding, featuring queen-size beds and a work desk. Windows in 'Economy' rooms cannot be opened.

Guests at Hotel Arooma can grab snacks from the snack bar/deli. A traditional restaurant, Erdinger Weißbräu, provides a varied menu. The restaurant on the ground floor accommodates 75 guests and has Bavarian decor. Sky TV broadcasts football games. Breakfast hours are Monday to Friday from 6:30 to 10:30 AM, and Saturday/Sunday from 7:00 to 11:00 AM. Guests can enjoy views from the terrace.
