I had a room with two sitting chairs and a writing desk. This was very useful. the inclusion of a continental breakfast saved me time each morning. i found the hotel quiet. the botanical gardens were within a short walk.
The soundproofing was a little poor. i could hear most noises happening around my room. This slightly affected my sleep.

the bathroom DOOR lock was BROKEN. rooms with adjoining doors NEED a working lock. i wanted to work on the balcony, but it was TOO narrow. the constant smell of chlorine and yelling from the pool made it IMPOSSIBLE.

my room faced east, so it wasn't too hot later. the air conditioner worked very well. the bed was comfy. laundry service was great, i must say.

i found the staff friendly and helpful. i appreciated the underground parking. the location allowed easy access to pubs, restaurants, and city highlights within a short walk. a continental breakfast was included in my stay which was a nice bonus.
The tiling throughout the floors made it easy to hear hallway noise. I could hear people walking or wheeling suitcases at all hours.
