“The old manor embraces its haunted vibe, portraits and eerie colours included, in a remote part of Scotland. It is an ideal escape for families wanting a peaceful vacation and a taste of authentically historical afternoon tea. I was particularly struck by the attentive staff and the delicious food, even if portions could be slightly larger.”
