super clean apartment helpful reception pool area

i was buzzing with how super clean my apartment was the staff clearly care. the reception team was super helpful i needed directions and they were right on it. the pool area was a total sun trap i loved soaking up the rays there

the room was clean the beds were comfortable

i found the lack of air conditioning in the room to be problematic i was forced to keep the windows closed due to traffic noise this made the room stuffy and uncomfortable at 23 degrees.

FANTASTIC stay!

clean apartments fully equipped daily maid comfortable material

I found the apartments super clean and fully equipped. Daily maid service was AMAZING!!! Towels were replenished. The balcony faced the pool, offering some shade with palms and trees. Loungers have comfortable material now.

The poolside bar could use music to IMPROVE the atmosphere a bit.

Though I didn't eat at the hotel, an excellent restaurant called The Red Cow is directly across the road. It has lovely food. The Yumbo Centre also has plenty of eateries to choose from.

Staff are helpful and happy. This. The reception and pool bar staff are particularly amazing. They are friendly and cute, offering good quality snacks by the pool.

The apartments are spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. Daily maid services replenish towels, make beds, and provide general cleaning. The balcony is a good size.
