I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the main square, it was quite convenient. i found parking just outside. I could move my bags easily. we were able to walk to the center and attractions, it took about fifteen minutes.

my room faced the inner courtyard, it was rather noisy because of the exhaust fan. also, the bathroom was quite small, a little inconvenient. i think better sound isolation would benefit guest's experience.

I found the location very convenient. It was close to many key attractions. the room was spacious and very clean with comfortable furniture. i especially liked that the staff was very helpful (they gave good recommendations for local restaurants!).

The hairdryer in my room wasn't working perfectly. It took a little longer than usual to dry my hair.

the hotel is located a short walk from the old town. wawel castle is only 400m away, and the main market square is about 700m away. kazimierz district is also conveniently close at 600m.

My room featured twin beds, a sofa, and a large bathroom. air conditioning worked well (a definite plus!). i appreciated the extra cleanliness of the room. Everything felt very fresh.
