the resort staff was really good offering first rate customer service. Kerry-ann at reception helped with everything i needed. alonzo the bellman was very attentive to my needs. victor got some fresh coconut for us to sample and i appreciated that.

being self-catering i would have liked a freezer compartment instead of just a fridge. there was only one chair to sit on. it would have been nice to have two chairs or a sofa while relaxing in the room.

the hotel is directly opposite the super yacht harbor it's amazing. there is a two minute walk to different hire car companies. many restaurants are available near the hotel.

i had most of my breakfast at the restaurant on the harbour. it was enjoyable to dine with harbour views. there are many restaurants and bars making eating out very enjoyable.

my room was spacious with a balcony. the balcony overlooked the marine harbor which was lovely. i had a very big bathroom with clean towels provided for the beach.

the staff are very friendly cute and professional it really shines through. the receptionist kerry could not have done any more to help. they booked taxis and excursions with a smile.

i found the location quite nice being near the marina i also enjoyed having useful facilities in the room such as a kitchenette the staff were very pleasant and helpful throughout my stay i had great views over the harbour from my room. the bus service was regular and offered a reasonable price to get to st john's township taxis were easy to find if i needed one. the hotel had convenient access to restaurants and bars nearby.

during my stay i noticed that the hotel does not have a pool which is something i would have liked to use

the room was spacious and included a comfortable bed with air conditioning i appreciated the harbour view from the window the room also featured a kitchenette area for preparing simple meals .

i found lovely food spots within a short walk from the hotel with a variety of cuisines there were also nearby bars for evening entertainment i could easily access several restaurants for lunch and dinner close by.

the staff members were friendly and cute showing genuine antiguan hospitality the reception staff were obliging and ready to help with any requests the team always tried to ensure a comfortable stay for me.

the front desk personel was helpful during check in. the room was simple and had what i needed for my short stay. i could get housekeeping every day if i wanted. the staff held my luggage when i arrived and after i checked out, this was helpful.

noise from nearby establishments was noticeable during evening hours, even inside my room.

The hotel is furnished with indonesian wooden furniture. i found the staff very pleasant and helpful. They assisted me with several requests. my room provided great views. I could see falmouth harbour.

the walkways within the hotel are steep and crooked. it was difficult walking to my room.
