i thoroughly enjoyed my stay the staff was super friendly and accommodating the location was excellent being on a quiet street with amazing views the building and rooms looked beautiful i especially appreciated marco's warm welcome and willingness to help with anything i needed taxis arrived quickly when marco called them.

the family room featured two attached rooms each had a private bathroom providing ample space it suited our needs perfectly the rooms were clean and well-kept throughout our stay everything felt fresh and comfortable

the hotel is near to the train station and bus stop it also has restaurants nearby the location is quite convenient it is also a walkable distance to the town center which allowed for pleasant strolls and easy access to local amenities

breakfast was regularly presented with attention to detail the air conditioning worked excellently maintaining a comfortable temperature within the room i appreciated the regular and professional manner in which breakfast was offered each morning and the effectiveness of the air conditioning

the breakfast had a wonderful variety and was delicious cappuccinos were also available the staff made me feel at home the hotel is also close to several delicious restaurants i found breakfast fresh and tasty.

the breakfast was not really good. i could hear water flowing in the pipes. doors slammed, which woke me up at 7:00 am.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. Marco carried my bags upon arrival. The room was super clean and inviting. Breakfast offered a great variety of tasty options.

Soundproofing was not ideal. I could hear hallway noise early in the morning.

The hotel provides a smooth check-in process. Marco and the staff were very cute. Staff members were knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. The breakfast service was also great!!!
