the location was safe for walking around at night.
The lack of heating was a significant issue. The room was very cold. i requested assistance from reception, but i only received an extra blanket. this did not resolve the underlying problem of insufficient heating (it was quite uncomfortable).

The shower design was awful. Water splashed everywhere because there was only half a glass door. the bathmat was completely soaked! this made the bathroom floor dangerously slippery.

The breakfast was a bit of a letdown. I found the food to be only okay and the area wasn't as clean as it should be. also, the reception staff didn't seem very helpful. when i needed assistance with a taxi issue, they didn't offer much support. it was disappointing since i expected more assistance from the hotel staff, no attempt
