The Square Hotel at Times Square features 141 rooms with Art Nouveau furnishings. Superior King rooms (from 180 square feet) include 1 King bed with cotton linens, a flat-screen TV with cable, and a work desk. Deluxe King rooms (starting at 225 square feet) add a sitting area with a sofa and coffee table. Deluxe Double Rooms (approximately 160 square feet) offer 2 Double beds. Superior Queen Rooms (from 120 square feet) feature 1 Queen bed. Solo Rooms (115 square feet) have 1 Full-size bed. ADA Accessible Superior Rooms include 1 Queen bed and roll-in showers with grab bars. ADA Accessible Deluxe Rooms feature 2 Double beds and roll-in showers with grab bars. Each room provides C.O. Bigelow toiletries.

Natsumi Restaurant, located in the lobby, serves Japanese fusion cuisine created by Barbara Matsumura and Chef Haru Konagaya, formerly of Haru restaurants. Natsumi Bar offers cocktails and tapas.
