Twin rooms with two single beds are located on the south side on the fourth and fifth floors. Twin rooms facing north feature soundproof windows. All rooms include a bathroom with shower, minibar, Wi-Fi, color TV, hairdryer and are accessible by elevator. Non-smoking rooms are available. Each room includes free toiletries, a wardrobe, heating and a flat-screen TV. Select rooms feature landmark or mountain views.

Bus line STI No 1 (platform 3, direction Steffisburg/Flühli) stops at 'Berntor', opposite the hotel. From the highway exit Thun North A6, it is 1.5 km towards Thun-Gunten. The hotel is a 15-minute walk through the old town from the railway station.
