the room was clean and well maintained , a real testament to the housekeeping staff. breakfast offered a wide variety of options including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. i appreciated the helpfulness of the front desk staff in arranging transportation. the location was very convenient with easy access to public transport options.

i found the gym equipment to be a bit outdated.

the hotel is located near a busy shopping area , and a nearby tram stop provides easy access to other areas. a metro station is also within walking distance , which is quite useful for getting around. road access might be tricky , though.

the hotel features a pool and a spa , which offer various treatments at an additional cost. a sauna is available for guest use , and i noticed the reception staff were always ready to assist with information. the breakfast service was quite efficient.

the beautiful double room included modern furniture and a clean , well maintained bathroom. the room was not affected by outside noise , i noted. there were no unpleasant odors , and the temperature control worked effectively , which was important.

the staff demonstrated professionalism and courtesy , especially at the front desk. the chambermaid on my floor was helpful and were really good too assist. i personally thanked huseyn , ozcan , and emre for their superb service.
