My room was very large and comfortable. It provided ample space for suitcases and backpacks. All amenities functioned well, from the coffee machine to the safe. The shower had warm water.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. i thought i might have left my phone in the tour bus. a staff member from the reception helped me get in touch with the tour company. my room was huge. I had my own jacuzzi in the bathroom. the breakfast was delicious!!!

the receptionists were very friendly and ready to help. they were very simpatic. they assisted me with taxis and other travel arrangements . the staff ensured a smooth and pleasant experience.

the breakfast was superb! there were many options available. the cafe da manhã was complete. i enjoyed the variety and quality of the food served each morning. there were enough choices for everybody.

the rooftop pool had a view. the pool area was very clean. the facilities were modern and spacious, including a walk-in shower in the remodeled bathroom. the jacuzzi in my room worked perfectly!

The location was great. It was a 7 minute walk to the beach. a supermarket was just a block away, so it was easy to get supplies. lots of eating options were around the location too. this made exploring the area convenient.

The hotel's location was excellent. It was close to the beach and a supermarket. The staff was helpful. The room had a fridge, which I appreciated for storing drinks and snacks.
The hotel lacked a kettle. This meant I couldn't easily make my own coffee or tea in the room. I wish it would be added.
