fantastic beachfront stay!

efficient transfer spacious room free towels

the hotel staff arranged my airport transfer efficiently via email before i arrived. upon arrival, i was greeted with a sign and a warm welcome. my room was very spacious, and it had a clothesline. This allowed swimsuits and clothes to dry quickly. also, beach chairs and towels were available for free. I greatly appreciated this.

i noticed breakfast is no longer buffet style.

Fantastic Beachfront Stay!

great view spacious bedroom perfect location

The hotel's location is unbeatable right on the beach, perfect for quick dips in the ocean! I loved the spacious bedroom and the big bathroom. The balcony gave a great view of the hotel, the pool and the ocean, so great! I spent a few days there.

I found that hot water pressure in the shower was a little low in the morning.

additional charge poor communication

The breakfast setup felt subpar. It switched to a managed buffet, and suddenly, a cappuccino cost extra. Filter coffee was available, but milk required an additional charge. I encountered a lack of clear communication about activities being operated by third-party vendors.

mixed feelings about this hotel

unsafe loft wooden barrier

the staff kept their section of the beach very clean. beach chairs and towels are free .

i stayed for four days and found it not very kid-friendly for a 5-star hotel. we booked the family room, spacious, but the loft-type layout is unsafe for toddlers because of steep, uneven open stairs. we requested a stair guard, but they only installed an improvised wooden barrier with rope. it was very noisy and disruptive when opened.

The location was excellent. It was very close to the beach. the staff were friendly and helpful (they always greeted me with a smile). my room was nice and neat. i really enjoyed my stay.

the toilet sometimes did not work properly. the fitness equipment needs replacement. the breakfast buffet lacked variety (there were not many options).

attentive staff good gift good night message clean shoreline

the staff was attentive. i received a good cute gift. i also noticed every evening there was a leaf with a good night message left on the bed. it definitely. the beachfront was fine! the staff did a great job maintaining the cleanliness of the whole resort, even the shoreline in front.

The gym is a bit small. It could benefit from additional equipment.

The staff were friendly and always ready to help, even with requests for specific dietary needs. I saw several guests receive personalized assistance at breakfast. the cute was very excellent and made the arrival process really smooth! even airport transfers were seamless.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options and the menu changed daily . I was so happy about that. the resort provided free shuttle service to a nearby mall. It was very useful to reach different locations! the shuttle operated until 6pm.

The hotel is right on the beautiful white beach with amazing sunset views. I enjoyed it every evening. the location is perfect. I saw some guests enjoying activities at station 1, close to the hotel. the proximity to the beach added to the convenience of my trip!

The family suite does indeed come with two bathrooms and can accommodate up to 7 adults and 2 kids. However, there is a surcharge of P3,000 per night for the 6th and 7th adults, which includes an extra bed and breakfast. Please note that children aged 10 and above are counted as adults.
