Hotel Alpenland features rooms with balconies overlooking either the woods or the Texelgruppe Mountains. The comfort Panorama Rooms face south and include carpet, corner seating, SAT TV, radio, telephone, and a safe. Double 'Natur' rooms include untreated wood furniture and a balcony to the south. All rooms provide an Alpenland wellness basket with a bathrobe and towels for the sauna. All rooms are non-smoking. Lawn chairs and a table are available on the balconies of panorama rooms and north-facing rooms.

The Hotel Alpenland restaurant offers a varied menu featuring homemade bacon, bread, and cakes. A healthy breakfast buffet is available from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM, with items such as South Tyrolean yogurt, seasonal fruit, muesli, grains, cold cuts, cheeses, fresh juices, and various types of bread made with seasonal products from local farmers and companies. Chef Arnold prepares egg dishes and uses fresh herbs from the kitchen's garden. An extensive wine list features wines from the best wineries in South Tyrol.

Hotel Alpenland has a large, heated indoor swimming pool maintained at 30 degrees Celsius. Guests can relax in the whirlpool after hiking or exploring the Passeier. The sauna area features an aroma steam bath, a Finnish sauna, a bio sauna, and an infrared heat cabin, plus Kneipp naturopathy. The resting area includes wellness lounges, quiet relaxation music, a water fountain, and tea. Onsite, there is also a ping pong table, cardio bicycle, and a playground with a swing and trampoline. For winter guests, snowshoes and walking sticks are available, along with a ski bus to Pfelders during vacation time.

Guests can access the Bunker Mooseum (2 km), Passirio Canyon (2 km), and MuseumPasseier (4.5 km). The hotel is near the third biggest waterfall in Europe.
