The staff was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. the location cannot be better. Minutes walk from main sites, as well as the bazaar. rooms were very clean. I also found the beds spacious.

i felt very happy with my stay. the rooms feature perfect design, comfortable beds, and clean bed clothes plus towels. i especially loved the breakfast with varied choices including fruit, pastries, cheese, eggs, and soup. the view of the bosphorus during sunrise and sunset was a plus!!! the staff was polite. they seemed willing to help and always showed great energy.

the shower in my room drained rather slowly. it was a minor inconvenience, but i thought it should be mentioned.

the breakfast had a fresh variety of options daily the hotel staff was friendly. the location is near everything i needed. i found the staff very helpful and kind i loved the view from the rooftop terrace.

the shower didn't drain properly i found this unhygienic. i also found that the towels were not changed daily
