Is there any chance that pets could be allowed at the resort? I have a small, well-behaved dog who is a big part of our family.

Unfortunately, the resort has a strict no-pets policy set by management, so pets cannot be accommodated. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
I am planning to work during my stay. Is there reliable WiFi available in the resort rooms?

Yes, all rooms at the resort have WiFi with unlimited downloads. However, mobile reception is limited for Vodafone and Optus users. Telstra performs well on the island.
Could you provide details about the bed configurations available in the four-bedroom units?

What happens if I arrive after the normal check-in time? Are late arrivals accommodated?

Can you explain the differences between the Standard Beach Shack and the Deluxe Beach Shack?

The Deluxe Beach Shack includes a sofa bed in the living area while the Standard Beach Shack features a bench seat instead. Many Deluxe Shacks also have an expanded back deck.
Is it possible to split the queen beds in the four-bedroom villas into two single beds?

The queen beds in the four-bedroom villas are fixed in place and cannot be rearranged into singles.
