the room was spacious and clean. the bed felt very comfortable. the shower was also very good after arriving on a long flight. i really appreciated the personnel helping me call a taxi and offering me some amazing tips about the city!
i found one very minor issue, the bathroom door seemed a bit broken making it hard to close completely.

I found the staff friendly. they were very helpful whenever needed! i really appreciated that bottled water was free and available at all times. the hotel arranged a taxi from and to the airport. This service was very convenient.
The room wasn't as clean as i expect. Especially the bathroom.

the room was spacious enough.
the air conditioning was not functional at all, despite my repeated requests to the reception for assistance. they seemed unwilling to address the issue. furthermore, the toilet flush handle kept detaching, and the hairdryer stopped working after just one minute.

The location was very central. It made exploring easy. The staff helped arrange transportation and gave local recommendations. I found the bed comfortable, and the shower was excellent. Free iced water at reception WAS very welcome.
