The hotel's location proved useful since it was close to restaurants. (There were many choices!)

The room was smaller than expected, and the safe was placed high up. I would need a step ladder to reach it, not convenient.

central location breakfast options friendly staff daily water

the hotel location made getting around easy, it was next to the main square (which i liked). breakfast included a good range of options, so i found plenty to eat. the staff were friendly and helpful, always available when i needed something. daily bottled water was a plus, especially with the kefalonian heat.

finding parking nearby was a challenge during peak hours.

The room included constant air conditioning. This was very welcome. daily servicing maintained an excellent standard of cleanliness . a fridge was available in the room for personal use.

breakfast was buffet style, offering choices of cereal, fruit, bread, and pastries. hot options included sausage, bacon, and various egg preparations. beverages were made by maria each morning, always greeting guests cheerfully.

Beach towels were available to borrow daily. This was helpful for beach trips. the hotel provided easy access to the town's main square, offering varied restaurants and shops. main shopping street is also within a few minutes walk.

reception staff were kind and cute, explaining all the hotel services clearly. they aimed to please, delivering a good experience. the staff were attentive and helpful throughout (especially Nikolas!).
