The menu includes a traditional triple decked sandwich with chicken, fried egg, sausage, cabbage, and tomatoes, served with chips; a crunchy cabbage and tomato-based salad mixed with tuna, chicken shreds, and cucumber; and julienne cabbage and carrot in mayonnaise dressing. Main courses feature grilled matured steak, stir-fried beef strips with mixed vegetables, chicken mixed with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and vegetables in white sauce, sautéed chicken braised in white wine sauce, grilled or fried chicken with French fries and coleslaw, and chicken in medium-hot curry sauce. Pork options include pork chops grilled to perfection and pork chops stir-fried with vegetables in a creamy soy sauce. Fish options include large-sized Croaker fish and grilled white fish fillet marinated in ginger & garlic paste.
