Adams Hotel Suites & SPA features 51 rooms in two buildings. Each air-conditioned unit includes a balcony, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, refrigerator, and a safe. Rooms also have a kettle and a private bathroom with a bath and a hair dryer. Junior Suites feature a laptop. Master Suites include two flat screens with satellite TV and two balconies overlooking the pool and garden, plus a separate bedroom with a double sofa bed. Some rooms offer views of the garden or pool.

The hotel has an onsite restaurant, 'The Olive Tree', that serves Greek cuisine. A free continental breakfast is offered.
