I found the reception staff to be friendly at check-in i stayed on a higher floor and appreciated the views it offered the hotel's location allowed easy access to local transport options like buses and taxis the room maids were both helpful and friendly . i appreciated the gym facilities. There were treadmills and stationary bikes available i also found the bar and rooftop swimming pool to be nice amenities the beds were comfortable allowing for restful sleep convenient parking was available nearby for a daily fee. i had easy access to both the main beach and the harbor. the staff demonstrated a good command of english i found them accommodating to customer requests both during the day and night drinking water with lemon was freely available i also appreciated that rooms included balconies.
the breakfast selection did not include many warm options and some of the bread was stale.

the room had two twin beds i found them comfortable enough it had a small desk area and a tv with international channels the bathroom was functional with basic amenities available including towels and soap.

the breakfast area was located on a high floor it offered city views the breakfast included bread pastries and some fruit juices coffee and tea were also available during breakfast hours i was satisfied.

the hotel is situated near a main park it is close to bus stops and taxi stands the surrounding area includes a shopping mall and an aquarium reaching the beach and harbor is simple and does not require long walks.

the hotel location was great. i could easily walk to the bus station for travel to other parts of the island. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially during check-in. the bed was comfortable..
the breakfast options were not great. i found a lack of warm choices, and some bread was stale. the room faced the port, resulting in traffic noise. the pool area felt different from what i expected.
