Ideal Stay with Great Breakfast

I found the included breakfast offered many delicious choices. I appreciated how conveniently located the hotel is near the train station (it's only a short ride to the city center!).

The hotel only provided authorization of the card for potential damages. I also noticed the bathroom door in my room did not close properly, a minor inconvenience.

I found the free parking very convenient. The breakfast selection had many choices and the room faced the streets (i stayed for two nights). The fitness center and spa offered good options for relaxation and exercise.

The room cleaning was only done upon request. The bathroom had mold, so the cleaning must be improved. I noticed this after being already in the shower.

The breakfast was ok, though a bit crowded at peak times. There was a varied buffet with hot and cold options available. The hotel also offers fast lunches and dinners (very practical).

The staff were helpful, friendly and always available to assist. Check-in was efficient, and they addressed our questions quickly. The reception area was clean and well-kept (a cute space).

The room was adequately sized and mostly clean. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The room was quiet, apparently due to good soundproofing (that was a plus).

the breakfast was good with a lot of options, i will say that.

the room floor wasn't mopped correctly, walking barefoot you can feel it. i found the toilet wasn't clean either, this is not great. the air conditioner barely worked it didn't cool the room enough, it was uncomfortable.
