parking instructions easy checkin access code main door
i was pleased with the provided instructions for parking. the checkin process was also easy to follow it worked well for me.
the access code to the main door did not work. i was stuck outside for a few minutes until i got help

wedding bliss and seamless service
smooth process really good professionalism beautiful venue reduced stress
we held our wedding here, and the entire experience was wonderful. the sales process with naomi was smooth, and olivia managed the planning with really good professionalism. she handled numerous changes and adjustments with ease, which really reduced stress. on the day, olivia made sure everything was perfect, and our guests complimented the food and the beautiful venue (i was so glad).
the staircase to my room seemed steep, and i found it a little difficult to navigate with a larger suitcase. it was a very minor thing though.

pleasant experience
large room spacious bathroom quiet atmosphere fresh milk
the room was large and had a spacious, clean bathroom with a bathtub. i appreciated the quiet atmosphere (i hardly noticed the clock bells). fresh milk was kept in a fridge. there was plenty of hot water available in the bathroom.
communication happened mostly by text message. it was sometimes difficult to locate staff when i needed assistance.

staff demonstrated professional assistance, especially regarding wedding arrangements. there was positive feedback from guests concerning meal quality and the overall organisation. the staff showed helpfulness when addressing guest needs during events.

the venue is a historic building located centrally and it features secure parking. entrance and stairs offer a cute feeling. a light-filled ceremony room and photogenic areas are available both inside and outside (great for events!).

the food presentation was good. the provided coffee machine was a useful amenity. i heard lunch during events being often complimented by other guests, i didn't try it though.

central location detailed instruction
the location was central , a definite advantage. detailed instructions for both parking and the checkin process were provided , so i was well-prepared.
the staircase to my room was a bit steep , and navigating it with luggage proved slightly tricky.
