About Kachina Lodge
Built in the late 1960s, Kachina Lodge sits directly on the rim of Grand Canyon. Many guests choose Kachina due to its prominent location in the center of the historic district. It's 15 km from Grand Canyon National Park and walking distance to restaurants, gifts shops, Kolb Studio, Verkamp's Visitor Center, and Bright Angel Trail Head. It is located directly on the Rim Trail, spanning from Hermits Rest to the Kaibab Trailhead, which is approximately 12.8 miles.

The rooms at Kachina Lodge have a comfortable modern ambiance and are all similar in size and amenities. The lodge rooms are designated canyon-side and street-side related to the view.
