The staff were very helpful! i received adaptors after i realised i had forgotten mine. all questions were dealt with quickly. The location is excellent.

The breakfast area was too small when the hotel was busy, though the food choice was limited. there was no bar in the hotel. bed and pillows were not comfy. The room was stuffy.

The location was superb, right in the heart of everything.. my room included good air conditioning. i found the staff lovely. They were very helpful.

The staff was very helpful. they ensured my interconnected rooms request was handled via email. the rooms had a private door, so i could keep the bedroom doors open safely (i stayed in rooms 307 and 308). the location is very accessible by public transport. It is only a short walk from the tram stop.

i thought the breakfast area felt limited and somewhat cramped when the hotel got busy. the food choice felt restricted, too.

the hotel location was central and convenient.

the breakfast was very limited and not well-stocked. it felt cheap for a hotel of this supposed level, and it was annoying that no one cleared the used plates until we left. the shower over the bathtub was also awkward to use and not very comfortable. apply, twice.
