All rooms include perks such as premium bedding, laptop-friendly workspaces, complimentary WiFi, and bathrobes. Rooms feature an en-suite bathroom with complimentary toiletries, luxury linen and towels, a television, coffee and tea facilities, a hairdryer, laundry service, and an iron/ironing board on request. Guests can enjoy views of the sunset on Ardbear bay or the sunrise over the food and floral gardens. Five suites on the top floor offer elevated views of the seascape of Ardbear. The Sea View Superior Suite (35m²) has sunset views, a sitting room with a day bed, king-size beds, seating, plush feather pillows, and a bath shower. Three bedrooms make a comfortable fit for 5 people in the holiday home.

The multi award-winning Ardagh Restaurant serves locally caught seafood and Irish farm produce. The menu reintroduces diners to the season of foods. The hotel offers a choice of wide-ranging menus, based on ingredients including home grown organic vegetables and salads.
