the location is great near arab street and bugis i walked easily to many places the hotel was clean and i appreciated the staff the hotel provided slippers and ear plugs it was a nice touch
the air conditioning was very cold and i could not adjust it i ended up with a cold and cough afterwards a bad experience i felt i could have been warmer

the pod had ample space and provided privacy the bed was comfortable and i slept well i found a shelf and light that was useful the locker under the pod was large enough for my luggage

the reception is open 24 hours and the staff was helpful to me they helped me with directions and recommendations there is a coffee machine in the lobby that guests can use which i found very welcome

I was initially impressed by how clean the accommodation was. The staff seemed nice and systematic. however. the doors slam shut very loudly. they made self-closing doors. these doors fall into their locks with a bang. it was hard to sleep well with that noise all night long

I found the location really good. It allowed easy access to public transport. The staff provided friendly service. I really appreciated the complimentary coffee from the machine in the lobby (a lovely touch!). The provided earplugs helped ensure a quiet night.

easy bus accesscramped room
the location provides easy bus access to downtown.. the staff seemed friendly enough.
i found the room quite cramped and lacked the privacy i expected. the air conditioning ran cold with no adjustment, forcing me to sleep in layers. this led to a bad cold and cough i attribute to the constant, frigid air.
