Solid Stay Near Central Station
efficient check-in nice variety cute staff comfortable bed
Check-in was efficient. The breakfast area on the seventh floor offered much variety and coffee was available around the clock. I found the staff cute. The room had a comfortable bed.
The immediate area around the hotel did feel a bit unsafe at night.

The hotel features breakfast on the 7th floor. Coffee is available constantly. An accessible room is available, if needed. An elevator provides access to higher floors.

The hotel is located quite near the main train station. Some attractions are within walking distance. Supermarkets can be found five minutes away. Access to the city center is easy.

decent stay near the station
clean hotel helpful staff varied breakfast unsafe area no tea faulty shower
the hotel was very clean, which i always appreciate. the staff were also nice and helpful when i needed assistance. the breakfast offered a good variety of options, so i found something i liked each morning.
the area around the hotel did not feel very safe, unfortunately. i saw some drug use nearby and it was a bit unnerving. also, there were no coffee or tea facilities available in the room itself. the shower head kept swinging to the side, so i had to hold it while showering.

mixed feelings about the location AND the service
high bed missing handle bars
I made a reservation for an accessible queen room, though i use a wheelchair. the website indicated that the room included handle bars in the bathroom, it did not. a shower seat was also absent. there were no handle bars near the toilet, and the bed was excessively high. i fell in the bathroom because there was nothing to hold onto. I just don't like that they advertised this as an accessible room.
