The disability access room felt cramped. the draft from the windows made it uncomfortably cold. i found the placement of the bathroom handles unhelpful. It was hard to use them.

Haymarket station is just across the street, a real bonus. The staff were helpful. They quickly responded when I needed assistance. The room had all necessary amenities, despite being compact, it was efficient.

The room size was a little smaller than expected, making it a bit tight for luggage storage.

I noticed one was out of service . Free luggage storage is available, a good perk. The restaurant downstairs provides easy access for meals.

The staff were very friendly and offered prompt assistance when requested (Marco, in particular, was helpful). Quick responses to messages were greatly appreciated, especially when I had a query after check-out. I rate the service as efficient.

the staff seemed really helpful. they let me leave my luggage after check out without problems. the hotel is right across from the train station, so the location works good. i stayed in a cosy room. it had a window that overlooked haymarket and the room felt grand.

the double room felt small. the bed was against the wall and there were only one socket. opening the door, it hit the bed. i was also surprised you can't buy a scone in the morning without getting a full breakfast. bonkers.

The staff was friendly, really cute me! getting to the accommodation from the airport was also convenient. The bus stopped near the entrance. the location is great. It's a short walk to the castle. the hotel was clean. the room was comfortable.
