The location is great! It is just a short walk to the city center. The room was spacious and looked very good. The coffee pots were replaced each day. This was a nice touch.

I did not get the executive room that I booked and paid for. I received a ground floor room instead. It was smaller with no city views and no sitting area. The staff at the reception was NOT willing to help, so it was difficult.

My stay had a few problems. The air freshener was very strong and unpleasant. It was like they were trying to cover up something. the carpet in our room had some old stains, I didn't like that. Considering the price, I hoped for better.

the room we had was lovely. it was roomy and had an outside sitting area. the building is amazing and situated well for sightseeing. i appreciated the quietness OF the place, it was relaxing.

the breakfast staff in the dining room were great, always attentive and helpful. there was a good selection available, including both hot and cold options and fresh fruit. service was prompt and courteous, ensuring a pleasant start to the day.

The location was fine. It was close enough to where i needed to be.

The room service situation was annoying. the website said room service was available until 10 p.m., but when i asked about it, i was told it wasn't possible that late. also, the room itself could have been cleaner. I noticed some dust in the corners.
