spacious room great value perfect location parking charge high price bird excrements

the room was quite spacious. great value for money. the location was perfect. i was only a 10min walk to the centre.

i found the extra parking charge annoying. the price WAS surprisingly high, and there was no option to just leave the car in the street. the fancy 45 degrees panoramic windows were fully covered in birds excrements.

The location is great! It is just a short walk to the city center. The room was spacious and looked very good. The coffee pots were replaced each day. This was a nice touch.

I did not get the executive room that I booked and paid for. I received a ground floor room instead. It was smaller with no city views and no sitting area. The staff at the reception was NOT willing to help, so it was difficult.

My stay had a few problems. The air freshener was very strong and unpleasant. It was like they were trying to cover up something. the carpet in our room had some old stains, I didn't like that. Considering the price, I hoped for better.

the room we had was lovely. it was roomy and had an outside sitting area. the building is amazing and situated well for sightseeing. i appreciated the quietness OF the place, it was relaxing.

good hotel BUT rooms could do with updating to keep up with a five star rating.

the breakfast staff in the dining room were great, always attentive and helpful. there was a good selection available, including both hot and cold options and fresh fruit. service was prompt and courteous, ensuring a pleasant start to the day.

the room size was really large and comfortable. a large bathroom was present with a big tub and great shower pressure. excellent hanging and storage space was available and the bed was supremely comfortable with high-quality pillows.

the hotel location was central but quiet, round the corner from the market square. it was really easy to access different parts of the town by foot. the area felt safe to walk around even late at NIGHT.
