The hotel is near the market square. I found a superb breakfast buffet. It had lots of eggs, salad, meat, and cheese with the usual fare. The location was perfect. It was very quiet even while close to the Xmas market.
The room did not have air conditioning. The room got stuffy when the window was closed.

The hotel sits in a very good location. It was a short walk to many attractions. Breakfast had a good selection and it was great to have it before going on adventures.
My room did not have air conditioning. It also was noisy at night because people were at pubs and clubs. Deliveries and garbage trucks made noise early.
